Our Working Farm in Gifford, East Lothian
The Bus Stop is situated on a working arable farm and during your stay or experience you will be able to witness its day to day running. Our farm is home to alpacas, goats, sheep, pigs and chickens, so there are plenty of great photo opportunities! We have undertaken significant changes in recent years, with a move to regenerative farming. The health of our local ecosystem is paramount to everything we do and you'll see an abundance of wildlife on your strolls around the farm.

The Bus Stop is located in Gifford in the heart of East Lothian, an area known for walking routes, beaches and golf courses. The Lammermuir Hills are on our doorstep and Edinburgh is around 40 minutes away by car, making day trips easy.
The village of Gifford is just a short walk or 5-minute drive and offers a pub, cafés and a village shop. Nearby Haddington and Pencaitland provide additional restaurants and local attractions, while the East Lothian coast is perfect for beach days and coastal walks.
